Useful Information
Negative, misleading, or inaccurate items can be removed from your credit report. Some of the items that can be disputed include:

What your credit score means to you

A credit score can mean a number of different things to a person. To a person with a high credit score it can mean a new car, a new home, or even a college education. However, to some people it can mean none of these things because their score is low and they do not get approved. There are solutions to a low credit score, but it takes hard work and motivation to want to improve it and obtain the things you could have with a higher credit score. So, decide what your credit score means to you and what you are willing to do to be able to have what you want in life.

The key to a high credit score is paying bills on time, and always paying in big chunks, rather than the minimum balance. If you wait for them to go to collection then it ends up on your credit report as a negative item and lowers your credit score. Not good!
Also, not signing up for credit cards that you do not need! Yes, they may sound appealing because they can give you rebates on gas, but is the debt worth it? Now you want a new car and you cannot get one because of the gas card that you just had to have. Its okay to sign up for credit cards, but only one or two – three max, any more than that is just too much to keep track of. Also, do not charge an item that you know you will not pay off, because then you will have it showing on your credit report and severely lowering your credit report.
